about

Frank Perowsky Jazz Orchestra
The Frank Perowsky Jazz Orchestra, co-led by Perowsky and his son, drummer/producer Ben Perowsky, is a 16-piece ensemble filled with some of the finest and most sought after instrumentalists in NYC today. Some are legendary in their own right including Jerry Dodgion & Sam Burtis who have been working along side Perowsky for more than forty years in bands such as Thad Jones/Mel Louis, Woody Herman and Chico O’Farrill, while other players have been associated with Ben in numerous modern musical settings.
